We have arrived

We were up ahead of the birds and on the road by 3:30 a.m.  The traffic was good for the majority of the drive down to Charleston.   We had a little bit of rain once we hit South Carolina but it wasn't bad.  We arrived at 7:20 so we made really good time. 

Our hotel is quite nice and fairly new.  We were upgraded to a suite which is nice.  Ralph has to work tomorrow morning so this allows us to have some extra space.  We're both pretty tired, so I suspect that we'll be in bed early tonight.  I'm glad we drove straight through though and can make plans for a nice relaxing day tomorrow.
