Wow, where has the time gone. This is our last week. I feel sad that it's over but looking forward to what this spring/summer will bring. We golfed some new courses this week - Glen Dornoch, The Links at Brick Landing and Moorland. It was a fun week of golfing and great weather. We had Ed and Janice and Lawrence and Teresa over for dinner on Tuesday. We enjoyed chilli, Caesar salad and wonderful desserts. The game was on and we all enjoyed watching the Leaf's win. It was a nice final week of vacation.
Ralph and Grace have been happily married for 45 years and currently reside in Dutton, Ontario. We have a beautiful daughter Laura who is married to Jason Van Meppelenscheppink. Jason and Laura have three beautiful children (Jordan, Hailey and Brody) and they currently live in St. Thomas. This blog is about our lives and how richly we have been blessed.

Time marches on - March 3 - March 16, 2025
I got a little being in my blogging after the girls left. It wasn't intentional, so this blog is a quick update on what we've been doing for the last couple of weeks.
We kept up with our golfing and played at the following courses:
Blackmore, Prestwick, Crown Park, Rivers Edge, Sandpiper Bay and Wachesaw East
The weather has continued to be up and down but for the most part is warm enough for skirts/shorts while on the course.
We went back to Brookgreen Gardens and enjoyed walking through the zoo again. We gave Lawrence and Teresa the spare tickets we had and they enjoyed a visit there as well.
I got really sick (either a bad virus or food poisoning) and was down for the count for 4 days with diarrhea. It was not a pleasant experience.
We've been enjoying watching the eagles. The eaglet has fledged and we haven't seen it yet. Rick told us where a heron nest was near Sea Trail so we have been enjoying that as well.
We also enjoyed a visit from Wilf and Lydia who stayed at the Caribbean on the same floor as Lawrence and Teresa. After church we went to see the Eagles and met up with Lawrence and Teresa and Lydia and Wilf. There wasn't much action with the Eagles but the Osprey were very active.

Later in the evening we enjoyed a nice round of Play Nine with them. During the same time there was an incredible thunderstorm. We have never seen anything like that.
