The competition is over. It was close for the closest to the pin with Ralph winning and Teresa and Grace tying for 2nd place. Ralph also took first place in least number of putt's with Lawrence having a close 2nd! We all did very well and the putting was very close.
Ralph and Grace have been happily married for 45 years and currently reside in Dutton, Ontario. We have a beautiful daughter Laura who is married to Jason Van Meppelenscheppink. Jason and Laura have three beautiful children (Jordan, Hailey and Brody) and they currently live in St. Thomas. This blog is about our lives and how richly we have been blessed.

Our last day here!
The morning started off bright and early! I was up at 6:15 and ready to take some sun rise pictures. It wasn't as nice as the morning when we had our pictures taken, but still beautiful none the less.
After enjoying a nice breakfast we went to the Market Commons and did a little shopping and then continued on to the Caledonia Golf and Fish club! What a beautiful course! We enjoyed a nice lunch here while watching the guy's come in on the 18th hole. Very pretty and picturesque.
This afternoon we went to Huntington Beach State Park and saw alligators, lots of different birds and dolphin's in the ocean. It was a beautiful afternoon.
We spent the evening packing and relaxing getting ready for the long drive home.

Good Vibrations
Myrtle Beach National Kings North
What an awesome course. I have to say that the Gambler got 3 of us. We gambled and lost although Lawrence was successful in sticking his 2nd ball on the island. It was a beautiful day and the temperature went up to almost 80 degree's. In some ways I am sad that the golfing is over. We've had a great week. Not much sleep but lots of fun. Tonight we are going to the Carolina Opry where we will see a show called Good Vibrations. It should be fun.
Tomorrow we plan to go to Huntington Beach which we've been told is very nice. We plan to relax although I plan to get up early to take sunrise pictures. Ralph will join me.
We plan to leave for home on Sunday sometime.

Willbrook Plantation
After our photoshoot this morning, we relaxed until 11:00 a.m. Then we were off to Willbrook Plantation. This is a beautiful golf course! The temperature reached about 78 degree's F and it was warm. We enjoyed a nice round. We saw some alligators while golfing and also saw lot's of butterflies. This evening we went to the Golf Store and did a bit of shopping.
Tomorrow we're headed to Myrtle Beach National where we plan to play the King's North course. We're looking forward to it.

Long Bay Golf Resort
Today started off quite cool. 46F when we left the condo. Teresa took a blanket along to help keep warm this orning. The weather warmed up as the day progressed, which was nice. We enjoyed our day at Long Bay, but it was a challenging course! Teresa and Lawrence we successful today on reaching and staying on the green and being closest to the pin! It was very close today for putting with 3 of us putting a 41 and one at 45.
We went to the outlet mall this afternoon and did some shopping. This evening we were invited to a cocktail party hosted by our Resort for the golfers. Lawrence won a nice golf towel at the party.
We're spending a quite night watching a video as we have to be up early tomorrow for pictures at the beach!
